Also referred to as a distribution block. This type of valve is used on AAR Cuda and T/A Challenger and also 1976 A-body cars. This is the best valve to use in a disc drum combination, the extra brake hold-off valve keeps the rear brakes from locking up. 

You may need adapters to be able to attach right and left line to the hold-off valve from 3/8-24 to 7/16-24 see part # MMR-0453
